- Tsar abdication (self removal)
- Did not change calendars Feb/March war
- Aimed to replace with Provisional Government (Temporary)
- Provisional Government led by Prince Lvov
- Replaced by Alexander Kerensky
- Both tried to keep Russia in WWI
- Unpopular-lasted 6months
