- Outlawing Alliances- If one country went to war, they wouldn't bring other countries with them
- Freedom of the Seas- creation of international waters
- Free trade- Trade between countries without taxes or tariffs (NAFTA, UN)
- Disarmament- less guns
- Return Russian territory held by Germany
- Formation of the League of Nations- not all countries were allowed to join (similar idea to the UN)
- Self determination- little countries didn't have to be involved with big countries
